Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds for ticket purchases unless the event is cancelled. In the event of cancellation, full refunds will be issued to all ticket holders.

Upon completion of ticket purchase, an email containing the purchased tickets will be sent to the email address provided by the purchaser. Please ensure the accuracy of the email address during the checkout process to ensure delivery of your tickets.
